|Chairman Shimizu welcomed everyone and roll was taken.  It was declared that 37 schools were present and that a quorum existed to conduct business.

After reviewing the Agenda, Chairman Shimizu asked if there were any additional proposals to be submitted for consideration.  None were forthcoming and so he proceeded through the agenda and balloting on the proposal recommended by the Central Conference Realignment Committee.

Ballots were distributed and tabulated and the proposal of the Committee passed 33-4.

Nominations were then taken for the Central Conference Representative to the CCS Executive Committee.  Keith Mathews was the only nominee and so ballots were distributed and Keith was unanimously re-elected to serve another two years on the CCS Executive Committee.

Rationale: (not in any rank order)
1.    Places schools together which have relationships established outside of athletics.
2.    Moves boys and girls programs together--better scheduling options.
3.    8th team in the WCAL provides a larger league that offers more scheduling options
        than with only 7 teams.
