Jeb Ivey scored 21 points to lead Bellarmine Prep to a 59-48 win over St. Ignatius, top-ranked in the state, in the Central Coast Section Division I Championship.
After a close first quarter, the Bells took the lead for good in the second quarter.
They broke the game open in the third quarter, outscoring the Wildcats 16-7. That gave the Bells a 41-30 win. Derek Martinez scored seven of his nine points in the third quarter to help break the game.
Luke Whitehead led the Wildcats with 18 points and 11 rebounds.
