TRANSFER (Residential) ELIGIBILITY

PARENTS:

  • PLEASE do NOT contact the CCS office with questions--contact your athletic director or administrator at your son or daughter's school.  They are better able and are the persons responsible to, answer your questions.  If they do not know the answer, they will contact the CCS.  Parent e-mails and phone calls to the CCS will not be returned, they will be referred back to the school.

  • Parents should expect to need assistance from your school Athletic Director or Athletic Secretary or Administration at your school to understand and complete this application.

Thank you for your cooperation!

SCHOOL PERSONNEL:  You can no longer FAX in transfer applications--the original MUST be sent by regular mail to the CCS.  Thank you.

ATTENTION PARENTS!

  •  Arriving at any school or the CCS office unannounced in person and expecting to meet with personnel to review or discuss or complete eligibility forms is a completely unrealistic and inappropriate expectation.

  • Please make sure your parents are well-informed, so the process is not disruptive (and irritating) to those of us charged with the difficult task of insuring compliance with the rules, and so that parents understand what their expectations should be.

  • Parents should NOT expect to drop in and get any signatures and walk out with the form that same day!!!!!!
